Natural Area & Group Volunteer WiSciFest Matchup

Group service opportunities during the Wisconsin Science Festival

Groups of volunteers are invited to spend a morning or afternoon in one of Wisconsin’s beautiful natural areas! Learn about the environment, participate in a conservation project, and contribute to our state by participating alongside other dedicated volunteers.

Possible activities

  • invasive species removal
  • waterway cleanups
  • habitat restoration
  • trail maintenance
  • and more!

No special skills are required. If your group is interested, we can help match you with a nearby volunteer opportunity.

Become a service opportunity site during the Wisconsin Science Festival

Could you benefit from volunteers tackling a service project in your area? The Wisconsin Science Festival is working with groups like the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, 4-H clubs and more to coordinate service projects during the Wisconsin Science Festival.

These groups are eager to learn while contributing to our state, and we are especially interested in organizations that would also be able to provide a bit of outreach programming for the volunteers.

If your area could benefit, we can help match you with a group of volunteers.
